Crain’s Chicago Business: Gold Coast Home Listed for $5.2 Million

Homes in the popular Chicago neighborhood haven’t sold for more than $5 million since 2014.

No house that’s been put on the market in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood has sold for over $5 million since 2014. But now, there’s a home that’s been listed for $5.2 million.

The listing agent behind the home—Suzanne Gignilliat of Coldwell Banker—told Crain’s Chicago that the home’s previous owner was re-decorated for a previous owner by Chicago architect Marvin Herman.
