Crain’s Chicago Business: $3.2 Million Bucktown Home Hits the Market
The six-bedroom home is designed to make a good first impression.
There’s a new listing in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood: a new homebuilder has just completed a $3.2 million home.
Parth Patel, principal of the Fanchon Group, filled the home with details that are meant to create a strong first impression. In the family room, for example, a historical look of two-tone woodwork is blended with a more contemporary tray edged marble mantel. Patel told Crain’s Chicago Business, “We didn’t want anything to look like we picked it off a shelf.”
Patel worked with architect Tim LeVaughn of LeVaughn Associates to design the home. The $3.2 million listing has six bedrooms.
